About Working With Isabelle

About Working With

Isabelle

Who is Isabelle Joseph?

Isabelle Joseph, DNP, NP-BC is an experienced nurse practitioner providing personalized aesthetics, wellness, and skincare care through a concierge model.

With more than 15 years of clinical experience and advanced education through the University of Pennsylvania and Regis College, Isabelle brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to care.

Her philosophy is simple: listen first, educate clearly, and build a plan around the individual rather than offering the same solution to everyone.

MEET ISABELLE
What does “concierge” care mean?

Concierge care means the experience is designed around greater convenience and personalization.

For Isabelle's in-person aesthetic services, that may mean receiving care in your home, office, or another appropriate location rather than traveling to a traditional clinic.

Certain wellness and skincare services may also include virtual components or other care pathways depending on the service and current Skin Clique availability.

The exact process varies by treatment, so Isabelle can explain what to expect when you book.

Where does Isabelle see patients?

Isabelle is based in South Easton, Massachusetts and serves patients in South Easton and select surrounding communities for applicable concierge services.

Her current service area includes communities such as:

  • South Easton
  • Norwell
  • Randolph
  • Somerset
  • Stoughton
  • Westwood

Availability can vary by service and location. Some wellness services may have broader availability than Isabelle's local concierge aesthetic services.

BOOK WITH ISABELLE
Do I have to know which treatment I want before I book?

No.

In fact, you don't need to diagnose your own concern or choose a treatment before talking with Isabelle.

You can start with what you're noticing and what you'd like to improve.

Isabelle can help you understand the available options, what may be appropriate, and when a treatment may not be the right fit.

What if I'm nervous about aesthetic treatments?

That's completely reasonable—especially if you've never had an aesthetic treatment before.

Isabelle's approach emphasizes education and natural-looking results.

Your consultation is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your concerns, understand what a treatment can and cannot do, and decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward.

A consultation doesn't mean you have to say yes to treatment.

Aesthetic Treatment FAQs

What aesthetic treatments does Isabelle offer?

Isabelle's current aesthetic services include:

  • Tox
  • Hyperhidrosis treatment
  • Chemical peels

Availability may change, so current treatment options should always be confirmed when booking.

EXPLORE AESTHETIC SERVICES
What is Tox?

“Tox” is commonly used as a general term for injectable neuromodulator treatments.

These medications temporarily reduce targeted muscle activity and can soften the appearance of certain expression-related lines.

Current Skin Clique treatment options may include brands such as Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®.

Isabelle's approach focuses on thoughtful treatment and natural-looking results rather than trying to remove every bit of facial movement.

LEARN MORE ABOUT TOX
Will Tox make me look frozen?

The goal doesn't have to be a frozen or expressionless appearance.

Dose, placement, anatomy, muscle activity, and your personal preferences all influence the treatment plan.

If maintaining natural movement is important to you, tell Isabelle. Your aesthetic goals should be part of the conversation.

How long does Tox last?

Results vary from person to person, but neuromodulator results commonly last around three to four months.

Your metabolism, treatment area, dose, muscle activity, and other individual factors can affect duration.

Can Tox help with excessive sweating?

Yes. Neurotoxin injections can also be used to reduce excessive sweating in targeted areas for appropriate patients.

This treatment may be considered for hyperhidrosis involving areas such as the underarms, palms, or feet.

LEARN ABOUT HYPERHIDROSIS TREATMENT
What is hyperhidrosis?

Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating that goes beyond what the body needs for normal temperature regulation.

For some people, it can affect clothing choices, work, social situations, exercise, handshakes, and everyday confidence.

Excessive sweating can also sometimes be related to medications, hormonal changes, or medical conditions, so evaluation matters.

What does a chemical peel do?

A chemical peel uses a professionally selected solution to exfoliate the skin.

Depending on the formulation and your skin, chemical peels may help address concerns such as dullness, uneven-looking tone, texture, congestion, pigmentation, and visible signs of aging.

The appropriate peel depends on your skin, goals, and treatment history.

LEARN MORE ABOUT CHEMICAL PEELS
Will my skin peel after a chemical peel?

Maybe—but visible peeling isn't required for a chemical peel to be effective.

Some people experience noticeable flaking or peeling while others have relatively little visible shedding.

The response depends on the formulation, strength, your skin, and other factors.

Wellness FAQs

What wellness services does Isabelle offer?

Isabelle's current wellness services include:

  • GLP-1 Weight Management
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy
  • Hair Loss Treatment

These services require individualized medical evaluation, and not every treatment is appropriate for every patient.

EXPLORE WELLNESS SERVICES
Does Isabelle offer GLP-1 weight management?

Yes.

Isabelle provides medically guided GLP-1 weight-management care for appropriate patients through Skin Clique's wellness program.

Depending on current availability and the patient's treatment plan, medication options may include compounded or name-brand GLP-1 therapies.

Because medication options, availability, and pricing can change, current details should be confirmed during the intake and consultation process.

EXPLORE GLP-1 WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Are GLP-1 medications just appetite suppressants?

GLP-1 medications work through biological pathways involved in appetite, fullness, blood sugar regulation, and digestion.

Some medications target GLP-1 alone, while others target more than one pathway.

They are prescription medications and should be used under appropriate medical supervision.

Will I definitely lose a certain amount of weight on a GLP-1?

No responsible provider can guarantee a specific amount of weight loss.

Individual results vary based on factors including medication, dose, health history, adherence, nutrition, activity, sleep, metabolic factors, and how the individual responds to treatment.

The goal is medically appropriate, sustainable care—not chasing a guaranteed number on the scale.

Do I have to stay on a GLP-1 forever?

Not necessarily.

Long-term treatment decisions are individualized.

For some patients, continued medication may be appropriate. For others, the plan may change after reaching certain health or weight-management goals.

Isabelle can help you think about both the beginning of treatment and the longer-term plan.

What is hormone replacement therapy?

Hormone replacement therapy, or HRT, uses hormone medication to address certain symptoms associated with hormonal changes, including perimenopause and menopause.

Depending on the individual, treatment may involve estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, or another provider-directed approach.

HRT isn't appropriate for everyone and should be based on symptoms, health history, risk factors, and individualized evaluation.

LEARN MORE ABOUT HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY
How do I know if my symptoms could be related to perimenopause?

Perimenopause can look different from person to person.

Symptoms may include changes involving menstrual cycles, hot flashes, night sweats, sleep, energy, mood, concentration or “brain fog,” vaginal or urinary symptoms, libido, and other changes.

Many of these symptoms can also have other causes. That's one reason an individualized medical evaluation matters rather than assuming every symptom is hormonal.

Do I need lab work before starting HRT?

Laboratory testing may be appropriate depending on your symptoms, health history, age, menstrual status, treatment being considered, and other clinical factors.

Hormone care shouldn't be based on a single lab value alone.

Isabelle can determine what evaluation is appropriate for you.

What does “bioidentical hormone” mean?

“Bioidentical” generally refers to hormones that are chemically identical to hormones produced by the human body.

It does not automatically mean a medication is compounded.

FDA-approved hormone medications can also be bioidentical.

The more important question is which treatment, formulation, dose, and route are appropriate for the individual patient.

Can Isabelle help with hair loss?

Yes.

Isabelle provides medically guided hair-loss evaluation and treatment for appropriate patients.

Hair loss can have many causes, including genetics, hormonal changes, illness, stress, nutrition, medications, thyroid conditions, iron deficiency, and other medical or scalp conditions.

The first goal is to understand what may be contributing to the change.

EXPLORE HAIR LOSS TREATMENT
What treatments are available for hair loss?

Depending on the cause, medical history, and individual patient, prescription options may include treatments such as minoxidil, finasteride, dutasteride, spironolactone, or customized topical formulations.

Not every medication is appropriate for every person.

Treatment options and availability can also change, so Isabelle will determine what is appropriate during your evaluation.

Skincare FAQs

Can Isabelle help me build a skincare routine?

Yes.

A personalized skincare consultation is designed for exactly that.

You can bring the products you're currently using and talk with Isabelle about your skin concerns, goals, sensitivities, and lifestyle.

She can help identify what may be worth keeping, what may be unnecessary, and what could be added to create a more intentional routine.

BOOK A SKINCARE CONSULTATION
Do I need to throw away my current skincare products?

No.

The goal isn't to replace everything in your bathroom.

If something you're already using works well and fits your routine, there may be no reason to replace it.

Isabelle's role is to help you understand what your skin needs—not simply sell you more products.

Does Isabelle recommend medical-grade skincare?

Yes, when it makes sense for the patient.

Professionally selected skincare can provide useful formulations and active ingredients, but the term “medical-grade” doesn't automatically mean every product is right for everyone.

Your skin, concerns, tolerance, routine, goals, and budget all matter.

EXPLORE SKINCARE
Can I shop skincare products through Isabelle?

Yes.

Visitors who already know what they're looking for can shop skincare through Isabelle's Skin Clique shopping experience.

If you're not sure what products are appropriate for your skin, start with a skincare consultation before filling your cart.

SHOP WITH ISABELLE
Does Isabelle offer prescription skincare?

Yes, prescription skincare may be considered when medically appropriate.

Depending on the concern, prescription treatment may be useful for conditions or goals involving acne, pigmentation, photoaging, fine lines, or texture.

Isabelle can determine whether prescription treatment belongs in your skincare plan.

LEARN ABOUT SKINCARE TREATMENT
What's the difference between retinol and tretinoin?

Both are vitamin A derivatives, but they aren't the same.

Retinol is available in over-the-counter skincare products and must undergo conversion within the skin before becoming active.

Tretinoin is a prescription retinoid and is already in its active form.

That doesn't mean stronger is automatically better. The right option depends on your skin, goals, tolerance, and other products you're using.

Can I use prescription retinoids during pregnancy?

Prescription retinoids such as tretinoin are generally avoided during pregnancy.

Tell Isabelle if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or planning a pregnancy so your skincare plan can be adjusted appropriately.

Do I really need sunscreen every day?

Consistent broad-spectrum sun protection is one of the most important parts of a comprehensive skincare strategy.

UV exposure contributes to photoaging, pigmentation changes, and skin-cancer risk.

Sunscreen is especially important when you're using certain active skincare ingredients or undergoing treatments that can increase sun sensitivity.

Booking + Treatment FAQs

How do I book an appointment with Isabelle?

Appointments are booked through Isabelle's Skin Clique booking experience.

Use the BOOK button anywhere on this website to access her current appointment options and availability.

BOOK WITH ISABELLE
Do appointments take place in a clinic?

Isabelle's concierge aesthetic model is designed to bring eligible treatments to the patient rather than requiring a traditional clinic visit.

Depending on the service, care may take place in your home, office, another appropriate location, or through a virtual care pathway.

The exact process depends on the treatment you're receiving.

How much do treatments cost?

Pricing depends on the service, treatment plan, medication, product, or amount of treatment needed.

Because Skin Clique pricing, packages, and wellness programs may change, the most current pricing should be viewed through Isabelle's booking or Skin Clique experience.

That keeps you from relying on outdated pricing information.

Does insurance cover Isabelle's services?

Coverage depends on the service and your individual insurance plan.

Many aesthetic and wellness services are cash-pay and are not billed to traditional health insurance.

For prescription wellness programs, medication coverage can vary significantly by medication and insurance plan.

Always confirm current payment and coverage details before beginning treatment.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Eligibility depends on the service and your individual plan.

Certain medically necessary services or prescription treatments may qualify, while purely cosmetic services generally do not.

HSA and FSA rules can vary, so patients should confirm eligibility with their plan administrator when needed.

What should I do before my appointment?

Preparation depends on the service.

Once you know what you're booking, follow the specific pre-treatment instructions provided by Isabelle or Skin Clique.

Always make sure your provider knows about prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, supplements, allergies, relevant medical conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, previous reactions to treatments, and recent aesthetic procedures.

Do not stop prescribed medication unless the prescribing clinician has instructed you to do so.

What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding can affect which aesthetic treatments, medications, and skincare products are appropriate.

Tell Isabelle before treatment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or think you may be pregnant.

Your treatment or skincare plan can then be adjusted appropriately.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

Start with the concern—not the treatment.

Maybe you want your skin to look healthier. Maybe you're tired of excessive sweating. Maybe your hair is thinning. Maybe you don't feel like yourself during perimenopause. Maybe you're interested in weight-management support.

You don't need to know the solution before you reach out. That's Isabelle's job to help you understand.

A website can answer a lot of questions. But it can't replace a conversation about your health, your skin, your goals, and your concerns. If you're ready to learn what options may make sense for you, connect with Isabelle. No guessing. No one-size-fits-all plan. Just thoughtful guidance and care built around the individual.
